I've been using the 20L daypack for over 2 years now, it's basically my motorcycle bag, and it's held up extremely well. I've loaded it countless times with a full gallon of milk, my disc brake lock, and random other hefty stuff and it shows no signs of ripping or tearing even though it's very light and thin.

Per OP instructions
"At PAYMENT, click "apply certificates & gift cards"
Enter code and 5 for the amount"
I had the same issue until I added the number at the bottom of the bar code and 5 for the amount then it worked
