Such issues must be reported within 7 days of receiving product. The product or damaged/missing part will be replaced free of charge at our sole discretion. Unused merchandise purchased online may be returned for a refund within 30 days of the purchase date with a valid receipt, minus shipping fees and a 20% re-stocking fee. Items returned may be refused due to the condition of the returned merchandise. Some electrical items, such as batteries and chargers, are not eligible for returns. All that being said, $90 for this particular washer is a great price, assuming no issues with it. Just need to make sure you test it out within 30 days of purchase. That could be a challenge in the dead of winter for some folks though.
