DTO is notorious for putting these in an oversized box with zero padding, as with all factory reconditioned tools you might get lucky or draw the short straw. The gamble is up to you!
Go buy one from home Depot and put this one in the box and return it. They are the same company so f em.
Bought a pressure washer from this horrible company two years ago. It was DOA but I didn't open the package for 5 days. Customer service rep informed me I had to let them know within 3 days or there's nothing they can do about it. Buyer beware.

Now, back to the deal after that Walmart stuff.

They are now out of stock of the Bidet and Waterpik attachment for this unit. It was a good price and was told it does incredible job cleaning down to the bone,

Is 2000 psi good for sidewalk and driveways. I think the straight/direct pressure nozzle would clean it but it gets less powerful with the nozzle that fan the water. Or would 2000 psi work well with the circle attachment for sidewalks? Thanks

2000 is fine but note this is only 1.2 GPM. So depending on the size of your sidewalk and driveway it could be a slow job. But higher GPM at high psi will require gas which is additional cost and maintenance, so consider those factors to decide what's the best fit for your situation. (I personally think you'd want 2000+ PSI & 2+ GPM for driveway+sidewalk jobs, but if you got more time than money this is fine)

For folks who use pressure washer regularly, what would you recommend to clean car grease / oil stains from garage floor? I have tried scrubbing with soapy water and a nope but didn't help. Thinking to buy a pressure washer but unsure which one should I get and also how to take out water from garage

This'll be decent for small jobs but a power washer is really one of those things that if you want one you need one that's gas powered. Still to this day they're really not comparable in performance and reliability.

If you keep your gas powered engines maintained and don't have constraints on noise, just go gas so much better than eletric. Why get 2 tools when you can have one that does both!

Soak the grease and oil in PW soap, get a floor cleaning attachment if you want it done quickly, if not any gas PW will remove thoes against, just work slowly with 15 degree. Once your done or too much water in your garage use a floor squeegee to push it out, and have a fan blowing out your garage to help speed up the process of drying

I have tried several tricks (see YouTube as I did for other "remedies") and to me the easiest and what I've found to work best is getting a bottle of Clorox Toilet Bowl Cleaner Gel [target.com] and squirting that all over the oil/grease stain and letting it soak for at least an hour. Be sure the gel is liberally applied to the entire stain. Then wash it off with a water hose (or pressure washer) and repeat that process until the stain decreases or disappears. Good Luck. Even a 3000 psi gas pressure washer won't take out these stains without the help of some sort of chemical and elbow grease. I've also used muriatic acid in the past, but it is dangerous and you do not want to inhale the fumes that is produced when it comes in contact with concrete, plus it will do some staining of it's own by removing more than you anticipate.

Is anybody having issues with the Shipping? first the website says the code expired and it always add a $9.99 for Shipping, then after inputting all my info, they give me the option of Fedex for 9.99 or Free, when I select Free still want to charge me $9.99, same with Fedex but the later is says it taking longer than normal and it will be shipped in 10~14 business days.

Ha. I get you. I just see them as different tools for different purposes. This electric washer is the best tool for washing cars (w/ a foam cannon), composite decks (never use a high PSI gas-powered washer on composite decking), patio furniture, and other light/basic around the house cleaning (small jobs...to your point), but when it comes to concrete/pavement (driveways, patios, sidewalks), I'm using my 3600 PSI gas washer.

All that being said, $90 for this particular washer is a great price, assuming no issues with it. Just need to make sure you test it out within 30 days of purchase. That could be a challenge in the dead of winter for some folks though.
Mine did a fantastic job on concrete and that was the 1900PSI version. Compact too. But I appreciate your pro experience. I suspect the job would've gone a lot faster with a gas powered version though! I just wouldn't use it enough to warrant a gas powered unit just sitting around for years.

You're absolutely right, you can use this on concrete, it's just not the ideal tool. A gas model with higher PSI and GPM is much more effective and will save you a ton of time. But hey, if you don't have a lot of concrete to clean and don't need to do it regularly, there's no burning need to buy a gas-powered washer.
