sounds like they only send 1 bag, these are delicious though, high protein, fiber, nice crunch, last well past expiration with no weird taste--highly recommended. Easy decision to pick these over any other chip. I lived on them through COVID.

Welp I received a single 5 oz bag, got on customer service chat and they provided a refund and let me keep the chips. So still a win!

I ordered this a few days ago before seeing this deal. I got one big bag rather than 12 individual bags. The flavor is fine. Not gonna bother with cs as that's been a crappy experience the last couple of times I tried, and it's easy enough to weigh this out into individual servings.

Ah, I had thought it was supposed to be a case of individual bags! I would've preferred that, but I can live with the price I paid for one big bag. Actually glad I didn't get 12 big bags, that probably would've gone to waste here.
