Once you "bought" it in that region, it will stay in your xbox account. you can then switch over to US store and go through the install in language you would understand.

I'm new to this but I apparently didn't have a profile connected to Xbox Live so I created one online and then linked to it on my Console. However, after signing in, I don't see this digital game still. How do I find it once I download my profile like I did? Thanks!

I typically use the XB gaming app on my phone (Android) then log into my account followed by accessing the library to view what games are available that I redeemed.
