This "deal" just farked me hard, like cost me money.

I was on the family plan at $14.99. The second post suggested cancelling to see the annual option, which I foolishly did. The annual plan seemingly is individual ONLY no family plan and worse still now to renew my family plan costs $17.99 month. So this "deal" has cost me +$3/month. Trash suggestion to cancel to see the deal, seriously terrible. Going to screw everyone on a grandfathered plan.

I've been on a family plan for two years now, and one of my family member is in a different country. We are able to spilt the cost/account. The only drawback is when you use YouTube music premium, you'll also get recommendations from what your family members are listening to as well.

Been sub via India family plan for almost 5 years. When signing up, just make sure you are connected via VPN, use a credit card without international fees if you want to save extra AND when it prompts you to key in the credit card billing address, I used one of the local hotels address. No need to change anything with your actual Google account.

I'm not asking what address you used but what did you do for the address use some random business, make something up, or leave address blank? I read on Android you might not need an address.
