ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their state of primary residence (whichever is older) at time of Sweepstakes Entry.
SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Mtn Dew 'Rep the Land' Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") begins at 12:00:00 PM US Eastern Time ("ET") on December 13, 2021 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on February 13, 2022

ENTRY PERIOD 1 GRAND PRIZE (2): There are two (2) Entry Period 1, Grand Prizes ("Entry Period 1 Grand Prize(s)") available to be awarded. Each Grand Prize winner ("Winner") will receive four (4) tickets in theater box #7 to a Cavaliers game at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse in Cleveland, Ohio. Complimentary food and beverage (excluding alcohol) will be provided at Huntington Legends Club. Prize consists of tickets, food and a parking pass only. No travel is included in the Grand Prize. he Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each Prize is $950. The ARV of all Entry Period 1 Grand Prizes is $1,900.
