What are the steps to claim this? I go to "Check Availability", sign in but just sends me to main home page! Does that mean it's not eligible?

I have United Healthcare. Just checked and, "It looks like your health plan isn't eligible for this benefit." So this should be labeled YMMV. Great find though. I was really excited, then I wasn't. Lol.

If you sign in, try going over to "coverage and benefits" -> medical -> search "Apple" in the search bar and it should show a link for the Apple+ benefit where you can check eligibility
