Yes this will give you access to both the console and PC versions of game pass. I don't have an Xbox but have bought ultimate in the past because the deals made it cheaper than the standard $9.99 a month.

I have a current subscription and purchased two of the 3 mo passes and they worked just fine. It extended my existing account by 6 mo

Yes it can, you are required to have game pass ultimate to use cloud streaming. It's not tied to a console or PC, just that you have an active subscription

This. I remember last year people was buying used codes from eneba. And had trouble getting their money back. Its like hit or miss with eneba.

Most of the time you will probably get what you pay for on craigslist, but the point being made was that eneba is not the seller, but rather serves as the marketplace. Cdkeys is the seller of the codes.

That hasn't been my experience with CDkeys. I bought codes from them that were previously used and they refused to replace them or give a refund.
