Bought this back in 2018 and recently the handle broke. Called Bio-Bidet(company that makes flow) and they send a replacement handle out, so they really do honor the 5 year warranty.

I bought this a year ago for $99, but not sure if it will go back down to that price with inflation. Works well, haven't needed to change the batteries yet. Not sure if it is just ours, but when using the spray portion it has very strong and splashes water quite a bit. Overall we are happy with it.

Echoing comments from above - bought it in 2020 for around $100-ish. Money well spent. Use/abuse it constantly w/o issue. Debating whether to buy one for parents or wait a bit to see if price comes down. If you need a faucet now, buy it - you won't be sorry.

I've been patiently waiting for that $99 deal for months now.... I'm afraid you're right... I'm waiting a couple more months 🤞

Gotta disagree. Had mine barely over a year and the flow valve busted (started sending hot water down cold water line or vice versa--can't remember). Couldn't find my receipt, and they wanted nearly $20, yes TWENTY BUCKS, to ship me a new 25-cent rubber valve. Stupid thing looks so fragile, almost like it's designed to wear out and break.

Will never buy another product from this company again.

P.S. as others have mentioned, this faucet routinely went on sale for $99 even last year. I know, I know, last year prices don't matter. And yes, prices for everything have gone up. But 40% more? And still it's a FP deal? Ha! What a joke. Bad deal for a crappy product.

I got in on the 99 deal last year and the faucet gets a LOT of use and we are still on the first set of batteries. It was also pretty easy to install as far as faucets go.

Maybe I'm unlucky but I am on my second 1 and with both the sensor seems to stop acting reliably about the time you think it needs new batteries, but new batteries don't fix it. Currently enjoying it as a motionless faucet but I won't buy again.

Just changed the first set of alkaline battery after 2 years of use.
Not sure if $139 (brushed nickel) is the inflation or not just that a good deal

Bought one over two years ago for $99, and a second one for a family member last year also for $99. Both brushed nickel, so not sure this is a good deal at 40% higher than last time.

We had an issue with mine leaking a bit at the base, but they sent us the replacement part right away. That reminds me I should replace the batteries as I never did.

Bought it when it was around $100, honestly I'd say if your really in the market for a new faucet I'd even pay this price. Install was about an hour with removing all the junk under my sink, including part of the cabinet door and managing a screaming walking infant by myself.

I really enjoy the touchless feature a lot, helps save on wasting water and was very easy to transition to. The auto off after 3 minutes is really nice too, in case it's accidently turned on. The auto on/off pull down function is genius too. Washing large pots and pans does get bothersome with the touchless feature, but it's no more annoying then having a soapy faucet handle or wasting a bunch of water leaving it running while doing the dishes.

The spray function is rather devastating and gets water everywhere. Very strong spray which is nice, but messy. Other faucets I was leaning towards had a spray dome function so that doesn't happen, but was $200 more.

A common complaint. Mine does the same.
