Stupid question here. This is one big tank! Does it expire?

Normally, the "best by" date on French's mustard is about a year or so out from when it is sold. Of course, the "best by" date is not an expiration date. (It's a date to get people to throw away good food so they can buy more product, of course.) There is no expiration date, but mustard is generally good a minimum of a year past its "best by" date, after it is opened, if refrigerated, or 2-3 years past is "best by" date unopened in pantry. Those are minimums, probably would last even longer. You will know if it starts to go bad. Naturally, this will be affected by things like the exact storage temperature, and whether or not you lick the spoon before you stick it back into the giant mustard tub for another delicious scoop! Ask my parents. The mustard bottle in their fridge probably expired in 2007.

Some BBQ folks like to use yellow mustard as a seasoning binder. This would probably be a good deal for them!

For the price, it should be worth it. YouTube fragrance reviewers seem to like it and the reviews on Fragrantica are positive:
