Edit: oh damn, I just realized that this does have a stylus (Wacom aes). I just might bite...

And yes this spin has a built in stylus, back lit keyboard, fingerprint scanner, and a very good selection of IOs. Only thing that could have been a cherry on top was a haptic track pad or a bit more RAM.

Do you happen to know the screen brightness on this? That's my only hangup. If it's 300 or more, I will order this now and return my surface pro 7+ lol.

The brightness on this is certainly 300 Nits (306 nits being the average according to sources).
I'd have chosen pro 7+ (the Walmart deal) but it's only i3 and 128GB (as easier as it is, I don't want the hassle to go around finding a suitable SSD and then swapping it with the original). Another reason why I'm more inclined to this is that 7+ keyboard is an attachable one so it would have more flex than I'd prefer (even though I've never used their keyboards before).
I could be missing something but that's my two cents.

For the vast majority of people 8GB RAM would absolutely be enough considering the shift towards PCIe NVMe drives.
After a lot of contemplating, I've finally bit this deal and have ordered the laptop. IMO you can't get these specs at a better price than this.

So I'm probably going to buy this Acer. I've had a convertible Acer Chromebook for 5 years now and it's still rock solid, so if that's any indication, I should be pleased with this device.
