I have something similar to this and they are awesome for demo. I've used it to dismantle pallets as well and it works great.

What home depot store/zip? I'm getting $49 when I click link.
I looked on brickseek and showing $49 for home depot stores with in stock and "clearance" were all out of stock, so guessing you are refering to in store price at home depot
