I'm sure it'll work, but it'll block the other USBC port. There are much better hubs out there that'll be better suited for the MacBook

Looks like you missed out on the Verbatim 6-in-1 dongle that was 24.99/27.99 (https://slickdeals.net/f/15472603-verbatim-usb-c-adaptor-hubs-6-in-1-100w-pd-hub-adapter-6-monster-4k-hdmi-cable-25-more) and on front page just recently. It does not have the 3.5mm or micro SD but I prefer the Gigabit Ethernet port, extra USB-A port, dongle cord, higher power delivery, better price point, and free HDMI cable.

It's $41.99 right now but the deal has come back multiple times already within the past two months and it's possible that it will come back again soon. Though if it does, it's not Anker nor does it come with their warranty, so you'll have to consider that.
