Is this great for attracting pigeons and rats? I live in a residential area and want to be the biggest pain in the butt for my neighbors.

I'm sure you don't need the seed.

Yes. This bag has the larger Sunflower seeds and the Sewer Rats love them. They will dig up all kinds of tunnels around your neighbour's yards so they can get to the seeds easily. Some of them are about the size of small rabbits or possums. A good whack with a 2x4 doesn't kill them and they are hard to catch unlike Roof rats. But guaranteed they will never come inside your house.

I'm on my way to stock up on residential wild animal attractant right now. At $1/bag the value of my property should explode

People are actually angry about someone feeding birds?!
You people must have a perfect life if that's all you can worry about! People need to mind their own business.

Wait, is this really why Home Depot clears out bird seed in the winter? To discourage the resident birbs from staying there much longer?

Thanks, OP! I was able to get some for my 98-year-old Aunt, who loves to feed the birds!

.
A lot of people like to watch birds feed, while the squirrels try to get to the feeder with their creative acrobatic endeavors. I guess it is entertainment for some.

Me, I only feed them when the ground is covered with snow and they cannot get to their normal food supply. The reality is birds do make a mess around feeders, while they also spread disease from farm to farm.

Why can't the birds buy their own bird seed?

And stop feeding the troll above me. Thank you
