Those pork shoulder butts are tremendous. No bone, but plenty of fats to not dry out on the long smokes. I was hesitant at first, but thats all I use for pulled pork anymoreWave

3/4 Tsp Xanthan gum

If you want it to be even better. Use the juice/grease that collects at the bottom of a Costco roasted chicken container when it's still hot.

If you aren't really a leafy salad person, give the Taylor farms dill salad a try. It's a chopped salad that's really crunchy and can last a really long time in the fridge. I just ate it after I bought a bit before Christmas and still tasted fresh. The dill seasoning is in a separate packet in case you aren't a fan of that. Adding a chopped boiled egg, bacon bits or another protein, fresh cucumber or tomatoes can turn it into a standalone meal.

Also I like the fact that they are now splitting the salad portions in separate bags as we usually eat only half a bag at a time anyways and you feel you are on the clock to finish the thing or throw it out.

I prefer WD. Seagates seem to get noisey and fail way more often. WD are always quiet and I've never had a WD fail...but had 3-4 Seagates die after making clickng clacking noises..POS IMO

505 is awesome for making Guacamole. Great way to easily control the heat, no need to cut up the peppers and have to worry about the spicy oils sticking to your fingers and then accidently rubbing your eyes.

Thanks for the info. One review says it loses its settings when power is reset; do you have such experience? It's a problem if true, but I doubt it.
