Those pork shoulder butts are tremendous. No bone, but plenty of fats to not dry out on the long smokes. I was hesitant at first, but thats all I use for pulled pork anymore

Let's talk mattresses, are Costco's warranty really that good? That you bring it back and they'll take it no questions ask? Or I mean yeah just the basic questions, but they don't give you a hard time even after 5 years?
Bought a mattress from Amazon, highly rated, great customer service too but they ask you to take photos etc etc to make sure the middle of the mattress is sloping down so many centimeters.

Yes, but national supermarkets have pork butt sales every 3-4 weeks, and it goes below$1/lb.
