No wiring included...existing wiring to a mounting plate with studs to mount camera/light after wiring. Very easy.

This would mount in place of an existing wired light location that has power and wiring and all......unless you are asking for a wireless one or just general pigtails and stuff to connect which I am sure are probably included.
You could run wires and switch etc but have to know what you are doing here.....
I have a garage flood light between 2 doors but its on a switch that I might have to get it off the switch and make it "permanently" hot so it doesn't get turned off by the switch....

Edit: i just did a quick search and users in reddit reported no luck on getting this camera working on rtsp. Please give it a shot, considering Costco amazing return policy
