It's OOS for shipping yes, but may still be available for some with store pickup. So far we've only found a couple stores/zip codes that show it (50324 and 91502 for example), but that's very YMMV now.

That means it would be a good idea to get it from a reputable source on sale, like this deal, instead of via ebay. I'd think one on ebay would be an authentic product (because I lego would sue them in to oblivion). But why 'think' if that thinking possibly leads to worst outcomes.
