The link in OP is part 1 of a 2 part series. Both the books are discounted at $0.99. Got both of them for ~$2. Here is the link to get both together.

I mean for a couple of bucks it's practically free. But I take your point that there are plenty of free resources that can teach you how to code.

I don't trust buying ebook on amazon.
There is no guarantee the content are related to the book title.
The title could say it's for BEGINNER but the content are for geek.
There are many books that misspell.
Just like math if you misspelled 1 letter in python. How do BEGINNER understand?

fishy reviews:

"This book has accompanied me on my way. For me, too, it was once just a wish, but it took on more and more shape. And then the time had come: I went one step further and didn't regret my decision in the least. I feel more secure and can fall back on a knowledge that I owe to this great book alone."

If the table of contents is anything to go by, this is a beginner's book. Everything listed is elementary Python. And if there are typographical errors in the book, figuring them out will be akin to debugging a program. Wink

If you're paying to learn to code you already failed.

As an engineering graduate from UCSC, and 100k later, I concur.

Spent 2 bucks to prove that my inability isn't access, but laziness.
