PS5 doesn't support any regular Bluetooth audio devices. Only "headsets" designed to be compliant with the system.

Have these. The build is ok. The battery life is impressive. ANC is good enough. My ears tend to get hot after a while. They cannot be worn the entire day. 2 to 3 hours max for me. They also don't have much clamping. Default EQ is very bassy.
For those curious there's a reddit thread comparing the tune XR vs the Q30 (same headsets different look, same programmable eq, bit cheaper than the q30 which is $80 on amazon currently): https://www.reddit.com/r/anker/co...e_tune_xr/

If this is just a Best Buy exclusive model, does it receive the same updates and software support/features as the q30?

Also would the shared user EQ settings from the q30 fans work on this Life Tune XR?

Looks like regular USB C for charging. Can anyone confirm?

Thanks OP!
my old Q20s just got stepped on because they had fallen under a blanket and I needed a new pair of inexpensive ANC headphones. Q20s still work, but the Noise canceling seems compromised with the plastic cracked on the ear pieces.

You should contact Anker for a replacement, might give you something if you purchased recently.

I've had these for a while. And though I love the sound quality and the battery. I really can't recommend them. First pair broke within a few months, the extender snapped on one side. They sent me a replacement and the exact same thing happened on the other side. The build quality just isn't there.

That reddit thread aside, anyone here have experience with this and the Q30 and has thoughts on their differences and which they prefer, in terms of sound quality, NC, fit, comfort, ruggedness, looks, features, etc.? I like my Q20s but they're kind of weak on voice cancellation, and in crowded cafes that can be bothersome. I like to think of NC headphones as masks for my ears, protecting me from nasty or unwanted sounds.
