Do not recommend. I purchased one of their heaters a few weeks back and it broke after a few days. No response from their support team. I now have a pending case with PayPal for a refund..
My personal experience with Ainfox is from just 1 transaction for the previous heater posted here. It delivered quickly here in deep south texas, wasn't broken, and works just fine. Again this I just my experience not trying to minimize anyone else's, I also have absolutely no affiliation.

Same here. Purchased 2 of their heaters and both already broken within a few days of use.
It seems like any time I read a story about a house or apartment complex burning down it's because of space heaters, including the recent case in Philly.
Bought a deal her a month or so ago. The part that allows it to oscillate is a plastic pin and it broke, so now it's a stationary heater for me. They do not respond to requests for support in any fashion.

I ordered one of these before seeing Jason's message. Wish I had seen his message first, now I'm worried.

Edit: On the Wayfair listing it says it is, so I guess make sure when you get it.
Plus, shaking head and dumping power off function. Great!

Why would anyone want to risk using these?
