A lot of newer Atkins products have removed maltitol but this one hasn't. The fact that they don't include nutrition info or a picture of the label (just the net carbs calculation) is usually a red flag.
If you're interested in keto or just bored, google sugar alcohol glycemic index. Some fake sugar is faker than others. The price is good if you want them anyhow, but they don't serve their intended purpose.
p.s. maltitol is also what gives the sugar free gummy bears their 'special effects'
All this fake food isn't good for you. Buying these bars is only symbolic of not eating junk.
