Most are OOS and consider yourself lucky. I have several Shark models, they are way superior to other brands in design and function.
The issue is the refurbs sold by WOOT have in my opinion barely worked. They look great, work a while but then you start to see the failings. I had to release a part normally held by clips, the only way to move it caused the clips to break. I think when the clips don't work they use glue, which makes it permanent, can not be moved.

S3501 seems to be more popular on Amazon, however, you need to manually pump/push the handle to release steam. SE450 is automatic and has 2 settings for tiles and wood/vinyl floor. I ultimately went with the SE450 for the 2 reasons above.

I once bought one of these steam mops, I think it was the Shark. I didn't get it. I felt like I had missed something. The pad was made of like a Velcro type material that would trap all the debris in the pad. Washing it in the washing machine would only get out the loose surface debris. I called the customer service line and the rep told me that you have to manually pick out all of the debris by hand. I had never heard of such a revolting thing, I returned it immediately. I'm not sure how they have become so popular. There's a reason something like a Swiffer pad is disposable. Imagine having to pick a wet used swiffer pad clean with your fingers. 🤷🏻 ♂️

Woot is like an obnoxious sister in law you are forced to spend holidays with. You take some time apart that makes you think they won't be as bad the next time but as soon as the holidays come again, you are instantly reminded of how terrible they are. I can't buy from them anymore and actually get annoyed with posts for deals from them nowadays.
Amazon needs to overall this acquisition but I suppose as long as people keep buying the Amazon rejects through this platform, out is going exactly what they need it to do.

Yeah, I loved woot before the acquisition, but man, it has gone downhill... if you liked the original some of the original founders went off to start meh.com which is pretty similar to the original approach.

i understand the woot and refurb shark hate but my opinion i've been happy with my refurb shark purchases on woot. They were definitely used, but they were packaged good with new accessories and are great vacuums and have been more than worth it at the price. Bought 2 corded vacs and 1 cordless, and now bout to get a steam mop... ama.
