If you're a basshead like me, stay away from these. They don't form a complete seal like the Galaxy Buds Pro, so you'll never get good bass from these. I have these and ended up letting my wife have them and she passed on them too. Lol.

I wish these worked in my ears. Probably the most comfortable pair of buds I've worn, but my ear opening is just a little too big

I see the generic cash back transaction. But I think that is normal? The bonus points usually show up later (3-14 days after purchase, I think they say).

These vs the AKG N400? Which are better? I've purchased and returned so many sets of buds and can't find that perfect set. So far the AKG are the best I've tried but hurt a part of my ear. The beats studio are great but fall out my ears.

Bacterias are already present in your ears but when ear plugs are in, their growth rate goes up exponentially so you should not be using them for too long even if you clean them regularly.

The buds live don't fully close up your ear canals so I like them better.

Yeah, that is what they say but in almost all the cases previously I have seen the Bonus Gold offer as a separate entry in the transactions list right away. Perhaps they changed that. I will give it a week and contact support if I don't get the bonus.
