If you're a basshead like me, stay away from these. They don't form a complete seal like the Galaxy Buds Pro, so you'll never get good bass from these. I have these and ended up letting my wife have them and she passed on them too. Lol.

No matter what I do they remove the buds live if the zflip 3 cover is in the cart.

For those who are not able to see the trade-in for Black or other colors, try the following workaround

1. Select Bronze color. The trade in should become visible
2. Select the trade in pair and hit yes
3. Change the color to Black. The trade in part and discount should stay
4. Checkout and wait for your new earbuds

I ordered and it's ready for pickup at best buy. But I don't know how to send the trade-in back to Samsung. There is no instructions anywhere. Does anyone know how to do the trade-in?
