If you're a basshead like me, stay away from these. They don't form a complete seal like the Galaxy Buds Pro, so you'll never get good bass from these. I have these and ended up letting my wife have them and she passed on them too. Lol.

Not sure what's going on with the website but the trade in option disappeared on me as I was logging in to purchase the black ones. Still available on the other colors. At first assumed this was limited supply on some colors but chatting w rep said they're working on the issue and check back later. Who knows.

It looks like you can get any color to trade in if you pick bronze, select the wired/wireless option, agree, and then change the color of the ear buds before adding to cart. The issue now seems to be Samsung financing is the only payment option as others above stated. And even if you are willing to do that, they have a required phone number field disabled. I can't get to the finish line.

Samsung EDP website gets around this issue. I was able to check out with Apple Pay.
