Stumbled upon this 5ft Werner ladder for $30 at my local Home Depot (Los Angeles/San Fernando Valley area). They're cable locked outside by the building materials area. YMMV. They may have them inside but I didn't bother to check. Looked it up online and in the app, showed regular price of $60 but not in stock, even though i was staring at 8 of them. I think its been cheaper before, but still a good price IMHO.

I just got one of these, $30, North Tacoma HD. They were in the ladder section, about 6 or 7 left. BS shows none in my area so might be worth checking.

It is even available for online order and pickup in store for 29.88. Note that it is not valid for all the stores but I have spoken to their customer support and they said that while picking up from store, if you show them that it is available for 29.88 in any other store then they will match the price.
