I've been using this deal for the last year or so without a problem, but the last two times it popped up on here I can't get the order to go through! I submit everything and then get an email that says they have cancelled my order and cannot provide a reason. Hmmmm, might have to go back to the target offer.

Yep, I'm in the same boat. Been using this for years. And now nothing will go through. There's no point in calling CS as I'm trying to do the zipcode swap (to a state that doesn't charge tax and 911 fee on refill cards. So strange that they do this but target and Best Buy don't).

Can't speak for ATT, but at least with Cricket, you can apply the credits well in advance; between this one and the last one, I have enough in my account for the next year.

yup, same. it seems they've put a system in place to prevent this. I wonder if there's any way around it. like possibly a vpn in a state that doesn't have tax?

okay that doesn't work. if I use a vpn I constantly get the error "We could not process this order due to incorrect billing information, the 10,000 USD daily limit has been reached, or a decline by your credit card company. Please double-check your entry, or adjust your order total. If you continue to receive this error, contact your bank or use another card."

I live in a tax-free zip code, so this should work for me. But I ran into the same issue here. I called my bank and they blamed the merchant (not my fault or my bank's fault).

Tried purchasing as a guest: didn't work.
Tried purchasing logged into Kroger: didn't work.
Tried both sending as gift and to myself, neither worked.
Same CC and billing addy each time, so -maybe- that's where I messed up. But I still blame the website.
