Most likely is lol.. And most likely won't have the same level of crunchiness because of it.

Whenever I buy discounted snacks from Amazon, there's always something off about it lol.

It's like.. Not stale.. It's a little crunchy but not, fresh level crunchy lol.

Ionno, hard to explain. I think Amazon knows this, that it was stored improperly but the Best Buy date is still far away so technically it's still salvageable.

Amazon absolutely knows this and only discounts items like this if there's something slightly wrong with them. Any time I buy a discounted snack from Amazon it's either near the expiration date or just "off" in terms of flavor like it has been stored poorly.

Costco on the other hand turns over items faster than they need to in order to prevent this from happening, and resells anything questionable or that gets near the sell-by date to Grocery Outlet.

Agree. Been this price most of the time for few years. Bought 14 times over the past couple years. Very good deal (better than big packages at Sam's or WM). Always very fresh and not near expiration. Both big containers come in a sealed Pepperidge Farms box. Lot of assuming by people in this thread.

I have ordered Herr's chips two times direct from Amazon and both times they were out of date by over a month so I tend to believe they could be out of date or close to it..
