"This morning i restarted my Echo Show, since then I haven't had any sound. Alexa responsed as expected volume up and down, will look like it's playing music but nothing comes out. Have tried news feeds, music, video calls but still nothing. I have rebooted again but it's not working, please help."

Annoying.
I had a similar issue with an Echo. Amazon said it would need to be replaced. On a whim, I tried unregistering it from the Amazon Website, and did a master reset on the Echo. It has been working again for two years.
Note: A master reset alone didn't bring back the audio, it had to also be unregistered, and re-registered on Amazon. I know, it doesn't make sense why that would help, but it worked. Good Luck!
