What is the appeal of this? I'm not being snarky just curious. Is it notably better than some random Amazon basics type of pouch? I am broadly aware of the thule name but is this intentionally designed or is it just some white labeled random no name cable organizer ?

Thule is truly a brand apart. I had a laptop bag that I used daily for 10 years and it looked the same as the day I bought it.

I have this and a couple other sizes in the series. Highly recommended even at the full price.

This is one of the types of things I hear my poor friends and family say. It is truly astounding how many people will pay half price for something they end up buying six times over their lifetime instead of double the price once.
