Rockstar Unplugged™ Turn Up Your Mood Promotion - March 26, 2022

PROMOTION PERIOD: Rockstar Unplugged™ Turn Up Your Mood Promotion (the "Promotion") begins at 12:00:00 PM Eastern Time ("ET") on January 31, 2022 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on March 26, 2022 (the "Promotion Period").

ELIGIBILITY: Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States residing in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or District of Columbia and Guam (NOT including residents of Puerto Rico or other U.S. Territories), who are at least eighteen (18) years of age (19 in AL/NE) or older at time of Promotion Entry.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE: During the Promotion Period, there are two (2) ways to participate. 1) Entry with Spotify Account : To receive one (1) entry in the Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes Entry"), and one Instant Win game play ("Game Play") follow these directions. Scan a QR code on participating Rockstar Unplugged™ products. If you scan a non-participating product, you will receive an error message and be prompted to try again with a valid participating product.

Create an account or log into your account on www.TurnUpYourMood.com ("Website")to register including name, date of birth, email, and password. Then click ENTER NOW to connect your Spotify account on your computer, mobile or tablet device and grant permission for the Website to connect to your Spotify listening history. Follow the prompts on screen and click Enter. The Website will review your listening history on Spotify and will generate a mood ("Mood") based on the recent listening behavior. Moods generated will be limited to one of three Mood options including: 1) Relaxed/Calm, 2) Happy/Joyful, and 3) Social/Outgoing. Your Mood will appear on screen and will need to be press the CONFIRM MOOD button or select another Mood and confirm to receive one (1) Sweepstakes Entry and one (1) Game Play.

Participant must have a Spotify account. Participant may obtain an account for free by visiting www.spotify.com and following the instructions on how to create a profile and/or by downloading the Spotify application to a mobile device and following the prompts to create an account. Participant must agree to comply with the Spotify Terms of Use in order to create a Spotify account.

2) NO PURCHASE NECESSARY/Entry without Spotify Account: To receive one (1) Sweepstakes Entry and Game Play without scanning a QR code or connecting a Spotify account, create an account or log into your account on www.TurnUpYourMood.com to register including name, date of birth, email, and password. Follow the prompts on screen to enter without a Spotify Account. Select 3 musicians/artists that exemplify your current mood. The Website will generate a Mood based on these selections. Moods generated will be limited to one of three Mood options including: 1) Relaxed/Calm, 2) Happy/Joyful, and 3) Social/Outgoing. Mood will appear on screen and will need to be verified or another Mood selected and confirmed to receive one (1) Sweepstakes Entry and one (1) Game Play.

There is a limit of one (1) Sweepstakes Entry and Game Play per person, per day, regardless of entry method, per account holder. There is a limit of fifty-five (55) Sweepstakes Entries and Game Plays, per person, per Promotion Period, regardless of entry method, per account holder. There is a limit of three (3) Instant Win Prizes per person, and one (1) Sweepstakes Prize throughout the Promotion Period. There is a limit of one (1) account per person/email. There is a limit of one (1) Spotify account per person/email.

SWEEPSTAKES PRIZE: There is one (1) Grand Prize available to be awarded. The Grand Prize Winner ("Grand Prize Winner") will receive a three (3) day, two (2) night trip for Grand Prize Winner and three (3) guests ("Guests") to an MTV Unplugged taping and tickets/passes to a Rockstar Energy exclusive event. Trip will include round trip coach class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guests from a major commercial airport near Grand Prize Winner's home (as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion) to an airport in close proximity to the taping and Rockstar Energy event; two (2) nights standard hotel accommodation (single room, quad occupancy, room and tax only); four (4) tickets and passes to MTV Unplugged taping and Rockstar Energy event; and Rockstar Energy product and swag. Grand Prize Winner and Guests must be available to travel in 2022 on dates selected by Sponsor. Guests and winner must travel on the same itinerary. Selection of hotel, airline, tickets are at Sponsor's sole discretion.
