Both of these games are worth it at this price if you like RPGs. If you can only get one then at the very least get Lost Odyssey.

So...if you need to take advantage of these deals, you can sign up for Xbox Live Gold for $9.99 for 1 month.

Without XBL: Both games are $44.98
With XBL: $9.99 + $4.99 + $6.24 = $21.22

That should add them permanently to whichever account you sign in and buy them all on. That way, if you get an Xbox unit later, just use that account to sign into it with for Xbox Live Marketplace, and you should be able to get your games then.

Lost Odyssey is a basic JRPG with a decent story but absolutely incredible music. It's criminally underrated.

Highly recommend Blue Dragon, if you enjoy JRPGs. It has a classic turned based battle system, though. If you're not into that sort of battle, this may not be for you. I love turned based and this game has both a lovely story and gameplay.

Have beaten it thrice, I believe.

I beat Blue Dragon back in 2007. It kicked ass, and was 3 discs long.

Is lost turn based as well. I don't have the patience for turn based atm....

It's not turn based. Its a TriAce Action RPG. But DYOR. After you complete it and all side quests you can come back and play through Blue Dragon and use the Hard Mode DLC.

The Developer for Lost Odyssey, they're devs that left Konami after Suikoden II & Square Soft from FFVIII and Legend of Mana.

People who played Blue Dragon will get this reference. Both The Lost Odyssey and Blue Dragon are great. I'd rate lost odyssey higher than Blue dragon though.
