Z-Wave or bust. Anyone serious about home automation avoids any Wi-Fi products clogging their networks, vulnerable to Internet outage, and enslaved to proprietary onesie-twosie software.

Zooz go on sale for $23 per switch for a 3 pole dimmer. You do need a hub but totally worth it

I just replaced all the light switches in my house with the non-dimmable neutral wire required version and it's been working great. They were on clearance at Target for $11.99 a piece. The device limit does cap out at 50 so if you put in more than that, you will have to divide your home into "homes" (upstairs, downstairs, exterior, etc).

Try assigning static IP addresses. Mine have been working without issue by going that route.
