Think you might have put code in wrong area. Try this one, different spot for wallet and product codes. I've used this site and yet to have an issue even if how the keys are obtained is shady.

My recommendation is to avoid this like the plague.

Here is what I get when adding key to Steam:

"The Steam Wallet code you have entered has already been redeemed. Steam Support is unable to issue you a new code."

I always use my BOA visa travel card that has no foreign transaction fees.
