Weird, their show Yellowstone isn't even on paramount+ even though I see that name slapped on at the beginning of each show lol
Paramount sold the Yellowstone streaming rights to Peacock
.
AMC did the same thing with their best shows too. You can't watch Breaking Bad or Better Call Saul on AMC+ because they sold them to Netflix .

no clear confirmation whether the paramound sub is 18 months or 30 days. if its 30 days, then even at 56 cents it was not worth it for most. I already cancelled the sportsline account but shows its still active for the 18 months. will be curious to see how long paramount stays active
Yeah everyone is posting how "it worked" because their Sportsline account shows 18 months but no one is confirming whether their Paramount+ account shows the same. Not only does the registration page say 30 days:

NEW! SportsLine membership includes a 30 day premium subscription to Paramount+.

But it also says:

Paramount+ is for US residents only. Paramount+ account activation not valid during discount promotional periods.

I simply can't imagine this actually working for 18 months of Paramount+ when they can simply say that it doesn't apply for the 99% off discount promotion.

I'm still kind of tempted to try it because I have an Amex gift card with $.79 on it but I'm not holding my breath.

Same thing happened in previous threads. Everyone kept the subscription to Paramount+ for the same length as Sportsline. Could things have changed? Possible, but not likely.

it said all that last year too. It also says that all Sportsline accounts get free Paramount Premium for the length of the subscription.

nice! I missed the disney one, what was it?
People said they were able to place two disney or other $50 gift cards in cart, get a discount of $47, remove one of the gift cards, then get the $50 gift card for $3. A lot of people haven't received their codes though. Some say they have.

Last year I canceled the Sportsline subscription after adding extra six months. It still let me keep an 18-month subscription. Maybe this year, they have fixed that loophole.
Yeah, same, and that is what it seems like. Oh well, can't complain, 2.5 years of Paramount Plus for a buck!

I just watched Yellowstone last night on Peacock, so not sure about the Netflix assertion.

That means you can't control Paramount Plus through Paramount Plus while your Sportsline promo is in effect, because it's tied to your Sportsline account. It doesn't mean you can't get the promo.

While I appreciate the mods for changing my post to a detailed version but why to change subscription term from 18 months to 12 months?
By following one extra step, if people can get another 6 months free then there is nothing wrong in it!
What step? I followed the instructions in the description. Is it too late to change?
