nice to see 30 series systems inching down in price, now if we can get them without the trash 10th and 11th gen Intel CPUs...

It already appears out of stock on eBay, but don't buy this thinking you are getting top-end components because of the ROG styling. My ASUS ROG Strix AMD desktop was fitted with cheap motherboard and RAM, etc.

Anyone have this and can comment on the cooling? Looks like you NEED a better cpu cooler based on like every review. Also interested if the motherboard is any good and the ports on the back. This plus more RAM is still cheaper then building it myself not even including tracking down a 3070

Doubtful. I bought this exact config from Best Buy in May '21, it has an ASUS Dual 3070 inside. Mine was FHR, but ASUS hasn't made any FHR cards (save for the 3090) in over 6 months.

Yeah I added added a Shadow Rock LP to mine. Keep in mind the case is shallow, so you won't be able to fit most tower-style coolers.

As I mentioned, doubtful. Nvidia hasn't been supplying any AIBs with FHR GA104-300 chips since last summer, so I dunno how ASUS would have mysteriously found a batch to put in the 3070 Dual models that are inside these pre-builts.

Bought this in December and returned after few weeks. Excellent for VR games and can run almost all games on high in Vr. But the sound the fan used to make and the pains I had to take to remove the gpu to install an nvme both were a bit too much for me.
