I bought a JVC Dla RS-3000 4K/8K projector today(same as the JVC Dla-NX9) Orig MSRP $17,999

This is an unadvertised special I was told with only a few of them left as they are OOP. If you know this JVC unit then you know just how good it is w/ awesome optics, native 4k and 8K pixel shift! I hope this helps others looking for a world class top of the line projector that was selling close to $20K not that long ago

Full warranty, Authorized dealer (Audio Video Sci)and NIB "A" Stock.

$9599 Shipped (My state had no sales tax, so that is YMMV to where you live)

Call in 877-823-4452 EXT. 103 *Ask for JEFF and tell him you want the $9599 JVC3000 special! YMMV because it's only what is in stock.


I hope this helps others looking for a world class top of the line projector that was selling close to 20K not that long ago for about half that.

I need a deal on a whole home theater setup with the NZ8, Receiver, Screen, Cables, etc. Any recommendations on who I should contact?

price will drop further in the next few months as the new lasers fully undercut these bulb projectors. An nx7 can be had for under 6k, this isnt a deal. nx9 is an overpriced PJ even at 10k. The lens is nice, but not worth 5k up mark today. Once it drops below 7k, its a deal.

eh go on avs forums projector section, post your budget and what you are trying to do. there are dealers there.

Call jeff a call at Audio Video Sci as he took care of me and he has taken care of my purchases and other members here with good pricing on all the over priced receivers now with the pandemic, inflation, chip shortages, etc.. The pricing is def less then MSRP.

Have him work a free quote for you, send it to you and see if there is tax where you live and then compare it.

You may be right as I don't know nearly as much about projectors as I do about other AV but when I saw this unit at my friends HT room, I was SHOCKED at just how clear and vibrant the PQ was. IT was amazing. I have no idea at first how high end JVC units were or this good. After looking, I have not seen this priced less anywhere from a legit dealer, new, "A" stock. So I guess, for the $9599 Out the door no tax price I paid was worth it for me. They did not make it sound as thou there are many of these left out there NIB. Will enjoy setting it up once it arrives.
