Just an FYI- I was very happy with their comfort but my headphones died right after warranty ended. They don't connect via Bluetooth anymore. I am done with Bose!

You could still try connecting with a wire effectively turning it into a QC25. There is also a reset procedure you could try, something like charging it for exactly 5 seconds.

Just log a case. They will give you a replacement no problem.
