The 12% capital one Spring code also works with this deal taking it down to $1336 (12% off vs $50). Combine that with 4% cash back and the 120 AMEX and you have a nice little deal.

Good call on the Capital One coupon, I couldn't generate one today. The Dell coupon registration terms list 'Dell Coupon Offer: Offer valid until 2/6/2022 7:00am CST.' so it might be too late for me.

Hopefully those are seasonal? Never heard of that offer before and I've had Capital One accounts for a few years.

The one I have expires 5/6/22. Decided to hold off though until presidents day. Dell usually runs some decent sales then and cashback rates tend to be higher. Amex 120 off is good through April.

I got in on the m15r4 variation of this laptop last month. I ended up returning it. Had Micron vram. It could only hit 59.5Mhs which I had no problem with. The problem lies in it being unable to go any lower than 125W, which runs damn hot so the cooling fan has to be on 100% of the time. People use the term jet engine loosely when describing fan noise but I could hear this laptop's fan running from a few rooms down the hall.

That is decided by the maximum allowed TGP or total graphics power to 5he graphics which is clearly given in the spec. If you know what is the maximum allowed TGP for 3000 series cards for mobile, you can easilyy tell by looking at the TGP.

Heard only the 2.5k screen have windows hello, 1080p one doesn't, can anyone confirm this? Didn't saw it listed in either configuration.

PS: the capital one seems run out of 12% off coupons right now, alternatively you can use AAA's 10% coupon [epsilon.com] if you want. save $120 more compare to '50off699'
