When it comes to gaming, you're going to want to find something with a separate dedicated graphics card (GPU). Most modern budget gaming laptops would start with a GTX 1650 at minimum, most with a GTX 1660 or even 1660 ti at this point. The newer generation of budget laptop GPUs would be RTX 3050s or RTX 3050 ti but they would obviously be more expensive. I haven't been looking much at laptop deals since the holidays, but you should be able to find a laptop with a GTX 1650 for $750 easily, though that includes skimping on the CPU, RAM, and memory. A 1650 should be adequate enough to run the 3 games you mentioned since they all have fairly low requirements, and basically any i5 or Ryzen 5 CPU they would pair with it, along with 8GB of RAM would get you going. I don't think you would even find a laptop with a dedicated GPU that runs off an i3 processor anyways frankly.
However, be aware that you wouldn't get far beyond the kind of games you listed with that budget setup. Be sure to lookup plenty of minimum and recommended specs for the kind of games you would be looking at playing in the future and compare the listed GPUs against those common laptop GPUs. You'll find plenty of comparisons with simple Google searches to measure relative performance.

Also, I logged into my id.me account and the price dropped to $734.99 less $50 making it $685. Combined with my AMEX $120 promo dropped it to $565+ tax I jumped on this.
