Lots of pissing and moaning here without showing anything useful. Here, let me help you:
Shows lowest price $9.42. No idea if it's as reliable as the triple camel, but better than showing nothing. In fact, it says this is a higher price than yesterday and any time since July -- it showed the same since January until I refreshed, but their interface is lacking. (If blocked URL, Waltrack -- "Wall Track" with one less 'L', one word, with DOT NET at the end):

Brickseek shows $10.98 around me, except one store does have it for $9.48 right now. Found one store in Torrance, CA (tried 90210 -- you know Walmart is popular in Beverly Hills 😁) that has them for $8.00! So looks to me like this is a Roll forward, not a Rollback -- tsk tsk, Walmart!

Frankly, if you need these, it seems like a decent enough everyday price, and Walmart appears to be the cheapest around. If you don't, wait until you do, and it'll probably be within 10% either direction. Not everything needs to be a killer deal.

For Walmart, not all non-sale prices are available to everyone and increasingly, not all non-sale prices are with free delivery. This one is free delivery for me, but I don't need it.
Meanwhile, having read the seemingly hidden TOS/rules that has been pointed out more than once in different places (that I cannot now find), it said that the Mods have the discretion to upgrade a posting that in their opinion, is likely to be popular or front page. Anyone here for any length of time has seen it happen for not just a Staff posting, but also for others.

disingenuousa bit generous to the current price. (Edit: I don't mean to imply OP is a shill for BigTupperware or anything sketchy)And Slickdeals IS adding the "strikethrough" price on the mobile app, claiming a markdown from $24.98...which also seems a bit misleading. Where did that number even come from? As you said, there is no prior/msrp price listed on the Walmart item page.
EDIT: OP got the "before" price off Amazon. Not sure where Amazon got the number as the listing is a 3rd party seller [amazon.com] and Amazon will take that info from the seller, so (as OP said) take MSRP/"before" prices with healthy skepticism.
