Got this for my 3yo daughter. Took about 30mins to put together with only a Phillips head screwdriver. Honestly, a neat playset that she really enjoys. Enough variety to distinguish it from a kitchen or tool workbench set. I'd argue you could find a cheaper "used" playset on Facebook Marketplace or garage sale, but this one is unique enough that it would be hard to come by something similar. I'd recommend it especially as a STEM and doctor set. This playset along with a toy doctor bag with tools makes for a happy scientist daughter.
