Great price. Btw OP you may want to change your misspelling of Costco so people can search and find that keyword in the title.

I paid $150 for an Amcrest 4MP (2K) doorbell from Amazon recently. However I'm happy with that purchase. This Eufy doesn't support ONVIF and RTSP open standards and won't work with Blue Iris or other 3rd party NVR software. *according to reviewers on Amazon.

Edit: also noticed that the Eufy is battery powered. That can be a plus or minus, depending on what you want. I wouldn't want to replace batteries and I prefer the doorbell wire hookup. But it does give you flexibility on where you can put this.

i'm thinking of switching my current Nest Hello doorbell to this. Nest doorbell without subscription is useless. In addition, it sends a lot of false daily notifications

Why does this look different than the one I'm used to seeing and featured on their own website? Is this an old, super new or "made for Costco" version?

The difference appears to be only in color, but maybe there's more to it? I'm guessing it's a "made for Costco" thing.

*sigh* I just jumped when it hit $130 on Amazon a couple of weeks ago. I do like the solid black look better, though.

How long does it take to charge the battery? I have a decent amount of foot traffic in front of my house so I'm guessing it would have to charge frequently

without sub, it sends snapshot/picture by push notification or email, but here are the issues:
1. some push notifications or emails have no snapshot / photo
2. a lot of false positives when human motion detection is on
3. night snapshot / picture is very blurry (with or without night vision), you can barely see anything

I think Eufy has a new dual camera version coming out soon fyi.

Does this come with any kind of chime, or have a chime as an accessory?

We want to continue having an actual chime.
