I would say that they can be useful and even fun for the kiddos, but actual usability is mixed. My kids would never sit together in ours. One or the other, never both. We could make them fit, but that wasn't going to result in a fun time for all. So it's a single kid in there. They would complain if the plastic window was closed as being hot and stuffy and complained it was noisy inside too.
The upside includes the ability to ride your kid to the park or around the neighborhood. Smaller kids might enjoy it more than the bigger kids and mom or dad riding a bike is usually a good thing.

Are these any good? I heard they are very bumpy and seats not comfortable for kids.

Does the Burley Bee have more usability ? Can I carry a 6 yo and 3 yo on this ? The 6 yo only weighs 35 lbs.

I stuffed an 18 month and a 5 year old in this. It's a little tight, they are going to touch each other. I wouldn't want to do that with a now 2 and almost-six-year-old. I'm hunting for the next size bigger myself. But I would highly recommend this for parents, it's so nice to get to the park with them in this. Can fit lunch too.

How is suspension of the burley? Off road friendly?

Depends on the size of the kids, I wouldn't go over ~65lbs of kids or else they'll be too cramped. One benefit of it being more narrow is you can more easily fit on sidewalks on busy streets if you need. I think this is a good one for <45min rides once or twice a month on smooth paths but if you're a more frequent rider or have bigger kids go with something else.

I have 2 burleys and an Allen. If you will use it often and don't mind spending the money, definitely get a burley. Big difference in smoothness and quality. If you will be going over 10mph, it is also recommended to get a model with 20" wheels, which typically have a max speed of 15mph.

I have only taken my burley off pavement for short distances. I probably wouldn't recommend anything bumpy with the stock wheels. If you're talking smooth gravel, maybe. But I took my daughter through a grassy trail and the trailer really bounced around. She did not enjoy it. Perhaps the available fat wheels would help, but I have not tried them.

I got lots of use with ours, but YMMV. I had a 20" aluminum rim/steel spoke version from Schwinn. The larger the wheels, the more stable and comfortable the ride, on pave and unpaved rides alike.

Kiddo was towed around on beach bike paths, city trails, double track trails etc, no issues, he loved it.

I know of cases of kids that have ridden in their's once or twice, and refused to get in again, so ... all shades out there, as I said, YMMV.

Big warning: verify the type of rear axle you have on the bikes you will be using: 135mm QR (skewer) and/or steel threaded axles? no issues.

12mm thru axle, found on most >$1000 disk brake bikes? Be prepared for an additional $40-55 axle for trailer towing (Burley, Thule etc make them) with a steel extension. I would strongly advise against trying to bolt down the trailer using the normal alloy thru axle included with your bike.

This brand makes good carriers. I would look for one with a stroller ha dle though. We use ours more as a stroller than a bike trailer. We use ours with a ebike conversion 250 watt hub motor from leed

Our preferred carrier setup is this now:
SWAUSWAUK Kids Bike Seat with Handlebar Attachment, Bike Accessories for Adult Bikes, Front Mounted Bicycle Seats for Children 2-5 Years (Up to 48 lbs), Compatible with All Adult Mountain Bikes
