They were trying to do away with that in January. I know they reverted and I was able to get one towards the end of January. Are they still allowing it in February?

I just bought 1 yesterday but my son had a toy on the same receipt too. As far as I know tho it still works. Fortunately my gamestop is in the same plaza where we grocery shop

Agreed. I mean I can probably stop by a Gamestop while running other errands but this saves you the trouble of actually walking to to the store, maybe standing in line, and doing the whole mask/hand sanitizer bit (if that's your thing) for yet another store.

In addition, this is great if you're on the last day of the month, forgot to redeem, and all stores around are closed.
