As long as you dress the rest of your body correctly, layer your core and remember those temp ratings are for moderate activity, you will be fine. If you are going out in temps that need a coat like this, you need to think of the whole outfit. The jacket alone isn't going to keep you warm if other parts are cold.
My main coat is the Woman's Lodge duffel down coat (rated-60) and it is too warm for temps above 20f. These listed jackets are rated -30 so I mentally take 20-40 degrees off for sedentary activities and would only wear these at 0f or above.
I live in Alaska and do winter photography as a hobby. I am regularly out for hours at temps below 0f either standing still or moving slowly.

Gotta keep up appearances and driving a G wagon or x5m, it's expensive. I prefer these Eddie Bauers and my Infiniti

I told him I was concerned that the items would go out of stock and he said not to worry, it has been rewarded and to try again in 24 hours.
I have no idea what that means, but it sounds like the coupon didn't work and the rep on the phone wasn't able to do anything about it.

probably the only eddie bauer down coat i have been disappointed in, but i did pay like $145 for a tall. at $100 i would think would be worth it.
