P.S. Can I borrow a cup of Fava beans? Asking for a friend with a nice chianti, and a liver recipe. He said he wants me over for supper.
I don't like to eat anything with a face, for "that's gross" reasons. So as long as my food is not looking back at me, I'm okay.
I also don't like watching informative documentaries about those moral, or ethical issues. Ignorance is tasty. So I have to pass on this book.
Intentional ignorance is a euphemism for malice. If you know that looking more deeply into something would turn you off from it, it's an insult to your own intelligence to carry on with it anyway.
