Important Notes:- This deal REQUIRES a VPN that can access Turkey, but ONLY when REDEEMING the Xbox Live Gold subs. DON'T use a VPN while purchasing the subs, and no need to use it when playing on your account. I used Private Internet Access, others had success with WindScribe Chrome Extension.

- Once paid for, view your codes
Once you have your Xbox Live Gold Subscription(s) TR (Turkey) region bought:- VPN Connection to Turkey Required for the next few steps
- Connect to Turkey via VPN
- Once connected, navigate to redeem.microsoft.com and sign in with your Microsoft/Xbox account. Suggest doing this in a Private/Incognito window.
- Enter the code as normal and redeem. You can only redeem 1 code at a time, but after a successful redemption you can return to redeem.microsoft.com and repeat the process until you've acquired/redeemed 36 months total.
- If you get an error from the website when redeeming, your VPN isn't working properly. Try a different VPN and be certain to use a new incognito/private browser window, or a completely new browser that hasn't connected to Microsoft before.
- Upon redeeming all your codes, disconnect from the VPN. You will not need it any longer for this deal, or for your Xbox Live account. It was ONLY to redeem these codes.
To convert your Xbox Live Gold months 1:1 to Game Pass Ultimate (New or Expired Game Pass Ultimate accounts only)- Be sure you are disconnected from the Turkey Region VPN
- Close the previous Private/Incognito browser window
- Navigate/browse to www.xbox.com/en-US/live/gold/upgrade
- Click the button that says "Upgrade now for $1" and sign in as normal

- If the account is NOT NEW and HAS HAD Game Pass Ultimate previously, but that Game Pass is currently expired, you can convert your Xbox Live Gold to Game Pass Ultimate for $14.99. It states $14.99 a month, however it honors your existing Gold Subscription for up to 36 months and converts it.
- if the account has an ACTIVE Game Pass Ultimate, DON'T attempt to convert, you'll only get 4 months of Game Pass, and it is a waste of your money!!!!

So for anyone else that gets stuck, go check that site and see if that's all it is. I'll report back if I'm still not able to convert after the outage is cleared.

Was just able to purchase 3 memberships at $27.90 each and then used code XBOXNOW3 for an additional discount.
Entered the codes at microsoft, did the $1 upgrade and now my Gold that expired a week ago, is now Ultimate until Sept 2025!

Followed the instructions (used Windscribe in Chrome for my VPN) and everything worked. Good until November 2025.
Question, if I convert my 3 years to Game Pass Ultimate, it should be $1 or $1 per month of my live subscription?
Also, at the end of 3 years, I let the Game Pass Ultimate expire, wait a couple days and find a similar deal to convert xbox live to ultimate?

I already have an Active Ultimate subscription, so for every 12 month code it converted to 4 Months Ultimate. Still a good deal @ $7.50 a month compared to $14.99 ~$90 savings.
Simply waited until my existing GPU & XBL expired. Just did 3 more yrs XBL, then converted to GPU as per OP's post
Total for 3 yrs of XBL + GPU one-time upgrade was $110.74 after all taxes and fees. Since I had GPU before, the $14.99 was billed once and wont renew until 4/14/26, as expected and stated in the OP's post 👍
