Cool story... this is an R4 which is way better at keeping cool. It also runs the 3070 at a higher wattage than the R5 and 6. The R5 and up are considered a failure where as the R4 is highly regarded.

Same chip, but less cores (I think) and way less power going to the card. So expect less performance than a desktop 3070. Also different 3070 laptops may have different performance too, again because of the wattage of the gpu.

Good try dell, but I will pass. Had R5 with QHD, CPU was heating up to +101C and had multiple issues (replacement that they sent also had issues) so returned it and done with dell.
